About Me
The "Business-First" Architect
I'm a Salesforce Solutions Architect and Business Strategist based in Charleston, SC. I bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and strategic business goals.
With an MBA from Butler University, I don't just look at tickets; I look at the P&L. I believe that every validation rule, flow, and line of Apex should serve a clear business purpose.
My Journey
My career didn't start as an engineer. It started in sales and operations. I experienced firsthand the frustration of clunky tools and disconnected data at companies like Angie's List and MS Companies.
I was introduced to Salesforce at Angie's List and again at MS Companies. I realized that technology should empower teams, not slow them down. I found a platform that bridged the evolution of my education and background into technology that I could build a career on.
What I Do Best
Strategic Architecture
Designing data models and integration patterns that support long-term growth, not just quick fixes.
Translating "Tech" to "Exec"
I speak both languages fluently, ensuring that stakeholders understand the why behind the how.
Building for Scale
Leveraging my education in database administration and experience in Salesforce to implement robust, scalable solutions.
Experience
For the past 8+ years at Zinc Partners, I've grown from a Salesforce Admin to a Principal Consultant and Solutions Architect, leading enterprise implementations and helping clients navigate their digital transformation projects and journeys.
I specialize in untangling "spaghetti orgs" and rebuilding them into scalable, efficient platforms.
Beyond the Cloud
When I'm not designing solutions, I'm likely exploring Charleston, staying active, or tinkering with new tech (like this Dockerized Astro site!).
I'm passionate about continuous learning and exploring AI and automation solutions.
